Registration
Wet 'n Hot Weekend Passes cost $160 before June 1 and $185 thereafter. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard, money order, and personal check. We must receive your registration form by July 8 (June 1 if you're paying by check) to process it in time for the weekend. The registration fee is non-refundable, so please be sure that you'll be able to attend before you send it in.
Your registration fee entitles you to three evening play parties; workshops; continental breakfast at your hotel; two big afternoon barbecue buffets; and unlimited water, beer, soda and sports drinks during meal and party times. (That's more than 28 hours of free beverages!) And you get a T-Shirt!
Seriously, we go out of our way to make Wet 'n Hot a special experience. Our food is plentiful and top of the line. Our beverages are name-brand, premium quality. We truck in canopies, tubs and slings and build a great, sexy, piggy play space. We have cool gifts and prizes. We maintain a 10:1 volunteer ratio to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. We provide security at all times so that you don't have to worry about gate crashers or emergency care.
Our participants come from all over the US and several foreign countries as well. We take great care to assure that Wet 'n Hot is a memorable, fantasy experience for everyone!
JUNE 29, 2008 UPDATE:
REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED
Because so many of you have asked, we've extended the Wet ’n Hot advance registration deadline to July 8th. At this time we are only accepting faxed registrations paid for with a credit card. It is too late to mail in a registration form with a check or money order.
If you cannot register in advance, you can still register in person at our “Tank Up” Registration Party at The Barracks Bar on Friday, July 11, from 2-6:30 pm. Please note, though, that we can only accept cash registrations at this event.
DAY PASSES
Many of you have been asking if we will be offering day passes this year. Effective today, we will indeed be offering a limited number of day passes on a first-come, first-served basis. Our main concern has always been avoiding crowding those who paid for the entire weekend, but we feel comfortable that we have the room this year.
Here's how things will work:
Day passes cost $65 per day and entitle you to participate in all of a day's activities (play party, BBQ, etc.) Day passes do not include the commemorative T-shirts and other gifts that are reserved for our full weekend registrants.
We prefer that people order their day passes in advance. To do so, download and fill out a Wet ’n Hot registration form (see below). Fax the form to us along with your credit card payment information. (It is too late to register by mail and pay by check or money order.) In the comments section of the form, write
DAY
PASS
and the day(s) that you wish to attend. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND.
You will be emailed a confirmation form that includes directions to our party venue after we process your payment.
Pick up your day pass at our “Tank Up” Registration Event at The Barracks Bar between 2 and 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 11. If there are any day passes left after our “Tank Up” Event, you may make arrangements to purchase them at the door by calling Rik at 760-285-4632 on the day that you wish to attend. Doors close at 10 pm each night and no one will be admitted after that time.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER NOW?
First, guys who register early get a discounted weekend price. Second, early registrants get entered into the lottery for a chance to reserve a hotel room at the play party resort. Third, early registrants also have the best chance to stay at one of our other host resorts as well. (Be sure to read the accommodations page so that you understand the lottery and the rest of the hotel reservation procedures.)
This year we've reserved six resorts exclusively for Wet 'n Hot participants. Even so, if past year's experience is any indication, it is likely that all six properties will sell out. It's a lot more fun to stay in a resort that is filled with like-minded pigs! Your best chance to do so is to register early.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Download either the Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word version of the registration form (below) and fax or mail it in with your payment. We cannot accept registrations over the phone or by email because we must have your signature on file.
In a hurry? The quickest way to get results is to fax in your registration form, pay by credit card and request an email confirmation letter. We can usually process this type of registration in two or three days. The slowest way to register is to mail in your form and pay by check. Unfortunately, postal delivery to our street address is notoriously slow. Also, we must deposit your check and wait for it to clear before we can send your confirmation. This process usually takes three to four weeks.
THE FORMS
Follow these instructions to download the registration form. If you have any problems, see our FAQ page for some suggestions.
It's best to download the Adobe PDF version of the form. A PDF (portable document format) file is an exact copy of our form that can be viewed and printed on any computer (MAC or PC). You must have Adobe Reader software installed on your machine to view and print PDF files. If you don't have Adobe Reader (or if you're not sure) download and install it before you download the registration form. If you already have a copy of Adobe Reader on your computer, this process will update you to the newest version, which is always a good thing.

If the download is blocked by your browser or anti-virus software, don't be afraid to unblock the form. We promise it's safe!
Download the Microsoft Word version only as a last resort. Because the form contains some complicated formatting, it won't print properly unless you have Word 2003 or newer and all of the fonts that we used to create it installed on your computer. Do not type your personal information onto this form. It will be too small for us to read when we receive your fax and will delay your registration.
